Delivery
Orders are dispatched only when complete. We deliver to addresses all over the world and we normally deliver within 40 days , but please allow up to 60 days delivery at busy periods. Please email if you would like to know current delivery times.
We use well known Courier Services to deliver our dresses. If a dress has been dispatched in a timely manner by ourselves we cannot take responsibility for dresses that are delivered late as a result of the actions and or delays of these courier services.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery to PO Box addresses and cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit.
Packaging
Your gown will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packed into our perfectly sized bridal boxes, so you can store or transport your gown, safe in the knowledge that it will not get ruined.
Overseas

Customs
Charges for customs clearance must be done by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that are damaged or defective. All returns must be within 10 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price.
Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods will be credited to the client's charge card, and replacement goods despatched. Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn, damaged or soiled.
All returned gowns will have a 25% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any gowns back from Trinity's Wedding Boutique so therefore we must have a 25% restocking fee. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees.
Damaged Merchandise
All our bridal wear is scrupulously checked to ensure it arrives at your address free of defects. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has delivered the package. The goods must then be despatched to us within 10 days. The cost of returning goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be exchanged free of charge. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Trinity's Wedding Boutique will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise but will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
Cancelled Orders
Bridal orders cancelled within three days may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10%. All Wedding Gown orders cancelled after 3 days and within 14 days of the initial purchase will lose 25% of the Merchandise purchase price. Cancellations after 14 days of the purchase date is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% and after 21 days 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Internet
Transactions:
Should you find any imperfections, you must notify us within seven days of the merchandise being received, clearly identifying the faults. Any faults found that have not been identified, may be subject to a charge. We will issue a refund against the bridal wear acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty days of notice.
If items received appear to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton and email our Customer Service department mail@trinitysweddingboutique.com.We will contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise.
Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself, unless otherwise instructed. A refund will only be provided once we have received the report and all investigations have been completed.
If you do not contact Trinity's Wedding Boutique for a Return Authorisation Number, you will subject to an administration charge of 25% of the total cost of your order.
Do not return any merchandise unless authorised. Any merchandise returned by the recipient without prior authorisation from Trinity's Wedding Boutique, may incur an administration charge. All merchandise must be returned at the sender's expense.
If returning items to Trinity's Wedding Boutique the package must be received by Trinity's Wedding Boutique within 10 days from receipt of goods with your Return Authorisation Number. Trinity's Wedding Boutique will not refund any returns that are received after this time. Any goods received after this period will be returned at the sender's expense.
Please note that rush order charges are not refundable.
Items returned from the UK Mainland for an exchange will not be subject to a re-delivery charge.
A postage charge is applicable on items that require re-delivery.
If returning a wedding dress for an exchange or refund, it must be returned in the garment bag supplied. The buyer will be charged for the garment bag if not returned.
If your order comprises of two or more products of the same type and you wish to return one or more items for a refund, you will be charged a re-stocking fee on the items returned. Please contact our Sales team sales@trinitysweddingboutique.com for details on the charges applied.
Any order paid by credit card will incur a 2% charge on the total cost if returning the items for a refund. If returning for an exchange, the charge will be wavered. This charge does not apply to debit cards.
Trinity's Wedding Boutique
You must mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" and must include the delivery note that was shipped with your order and indicate clearly the reason for return. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment to Trinity's Wedding Boutique. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you are certain on the dress style, fabric and size before ordering.
