In what sizes are your gowns available?
Trinity's Wedding Boutique carry dresses of all sizes from UK size 8 upwards. However, you can request a different size if you require it which can be made to measure. Please refer to our Size Chart further information.
How do I know what size to order?
Please check our size chart idea of what size you are. Once you have placed and paid for your order you will receive an email and a full instructions on how to measure yourself to get the perfect fit.
Are alterations included?
All gowns are made based on a standard size chart, unless "made-to-measure" is requested, so some alterations are usually required, especially hems. We do not offer an alteration service, but would recommend looking through the YELLOW under 'dressmakers'.
Can my gown be ordered with custom length?
Most styles are available in custom length. Custom length refers to various lengths shorter or longer than a standard length gown. All our gowns are made based on a standard size chart, unless "made-to-measure" is requested. Please refer to our Size Chart further information.
What is the difference between White and Diamond White?
Our Diamond White is a very light ivory. It has a beautiful softness that makes it very flattering on all skin tones. White is a true, pure white colour that would give you that "wedding white" look.
Do you impose a surcharge for larger size dresses?
We do impose a surcharge of 10% for dress sizes 20 to 28 and 20% for dress sizes 30 to 36. We impose this cost for the extra amount of material required.
How long does it take to receive my dress once ordered?
We do recommend that once your have found the right gown for you, if possible you should allow up to 3 - 4 months to include any alterations that may be necessary. Rest assured you will be notified as soon as your gown has arrived. If you require your dress urgently please contact us and we will inform you of current delivery times. How will I receive my gown?
Your gown will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packed into our perfectly sized bridal boxes, so you can store or transport your gown, safe in the knowledge that it will not get ruined.
Do you have a dress in stock for immediate dispatch?
No, all our dresses are made to order for each customer at the moment.
We are based in London and run an e-commerce business. Unfortunately we do not have a showroom for the public at the moment. This represents substantial savings to our buyers as there are no add on costs that are normal for high street shops (sometimes up to 4 times).
Do you ship internationally?
We ship Worldwide! Shipping charges are dependent on the postal code and will display during the online ordering process. Please note our shipping rates cover our cost to ship a large box to other counties. It does not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package. If your address belongs to remote district of your country,you need to pay additional shipping charge. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns information.
What happens if my dress does not fit me?
Our dresses are either standard sized or made-to-measure if requested when you order therefore it should fit. We have a size chart which gives you an idea of what sizes we offer. Once your order is placed we will send you an email with measuring instructions if you have any requests for slight size changes such as length or if you have size 12 bust and 14 hips etc. We will always confirm the order, size colour and any changes if required. The dress will not be made until all information is confirmed and correct. Please refer to our Size Chart further information.
Can I return the dress?
We offer a returns policy if the dress is the wrong size, wrong style or wrong colour or other errors caused by us.(i.e. not as ordered) If the dress arrives damaged please contact us immediately. It is a costly and time consuming process to make dresses for individual customers therefore we cannot accept that the "style does not suit me" as a reason for returning a dress. We are a fair trade company that sell many dresses on small profit margins. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns details.
Is payment secure?
We use the totally secure services of PayPal allowing you to pay in total security with any major credit or debit card or with your current PayPal account if you have one.
Why do we take the money up front when I will not receive my dress order for another 8-12
By taking all monies at the time of ordering, we prevent the need to hire additional Admin staff to deal with deferred payments. The lower our overheads are, the cheaper we can sell our products. It's as simple as that!
How can we offer our products at such low prices?
We are a family run e-commerce business and because we do not have a retail store, we don't incur the costs of a supplier which means bridal wear sold at wholesale prices. Our dresses are replicas of the original brand, as the pictures on our website are just samples, this also keeps costs low. The fabrics used are of the highest quality and just as good if not the same as designer gowns.
How quick do you respond to emails?
We endeavour to respond to all emails within two working days of receipt but aim to respond within the same day.

How long does it take for my story and photo to appear in Trinity Brides?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your story and photo to be added to our website. You will be notified if there is a problem with your submission.

These dress styles are very likely to still be available next year however as with most things the price may rise. It is possible to make sure and reserve the dresses at the current price and reserve material by paying a deposit or by fully ordering the dresses now and giving the measurements a few months before your wedding date. If you were to reserve the dresses you can complete the payment and provide the measurements a few months before your wedding date. If you do wish to reserve any dresses please let us know and we will arrange an e-invoice.
Are you an authorized retailer of the designers on-site?
We are not an authorized retailer of the designers and collections featured on our website. If you want to buy the original dresses please visit the brand official website. All the dresses in our website will be customized by the customers' requirements. The images are just samples of the designer dresses and we endeavour to replicate the dresses as close as possible. The fabrics used are of the highest quality and just as good if not the same as designer gowns.
